Bill Lewis Lures warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Any alterations to the lure will void the warranty. Our lure warranty is for manufacturer’s defects only and does not cover damage or malfunctions caused by accident, abuse, or normal expected wear. If your lure has a manufacturer’s defect, at our discretion, we will replace the lure with the exact same model and color unless the product is no longer available. If the product is no longer available, Bill Lewis Lures will replace the product with a product of similar size/color.
If you believe your lure is defective, Bill Lewis Lures requires the defective lure to be returned before we can replace it. Please send your lure to the following address:

Please allow 4-6 weeks for the delivery of the new lure.
Bill Lewis Lures recommends that you obtain a tracking number, as Bill Lewis Lures will not be able to confirm receipt of your returned Product. You will be responsible for any damage or missing shipments during the return. Bill Lewis Lures does not offer refunds, only replacement products. Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the product is defective.

Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We take pride in the quality of the products we sell and offering great customer service is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please follow the guidelines detailed below and we will be happy to help you to return your purchase. Online purchases must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase and must be new, unused, and contain all original packaging and accessories. Once your return is received and inspected by the fulfillment center (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card account within 7 days. Please note, depending on your credit card company, it may take additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
